When the place is, basically, a dump and the seating is tight you would think to expect good service. Well, that's not the case with Savino's Italian Ristorante. The food was nothing to brag about, don't bother. The area this place is in is almost as bad as the service.
Pros: Food's O.K.
Cons: Parking, ambience, service and seeting was terrible.

The service was horrific! The hostess was terribly rude to the servers which in turn made our experience uncomfortable. Seating is tight the decor is cheesy and the kitchen is loud. I was in town visiting family over the holidays and this place was recommended. I personally, having dined in the finest restaurants LA has to offer, would never return to this tacky "Italian" restaurant. The decor was almost as tacky as the hostess.
Pros: Food was o.k., good wine selection.
Cons: Poor customer service and ambience

I finally find a true ITALIAN restaurant in El Paso, those two brother they make food the authentic way. That how suppost be the CIAO
