Kind of scary...more like a gangtsa gym. Not a bad place if you are a cholo or mechanic. Nothing wrong with that, but, executive types are better off somewhere else

It's awesome having a gym in downtown. Staff is friendly, and the prices are extremely competitive. There is an upstairs and a downstairs, and there are plans to utilize all of it. All types of people go, not just the super buff or super fit, which is good so out of shape people like me feel a little better and motivated.
Pros: downtown, not too packed
Cons: parking can be a task
