31.756063 -106.272623I was very nervous at first due to a bad dental experience in alburquerque but once the doctor came in I began to feel a lot better. I got caps and a bridge done and the doctor did a good job! I felt little to no pain during the work that was getting done. People in the office, even the secretaries were nice and friendly. Very nice place to go.
Dr. Shayesta did a great job, made me feel very relaxed. Everyone in the office was nice and made me feel welcom. I got my cavities removed but the doctor was as gently as possible and made sure I was comfortable. I was very satisfied and I rate this business a 10..
I saw both doctors. Everyone was very friendly, the staff, nurses and doctors. I had work done on my front teeth and I didn't have hardly any pain. I give them a 9, I was very pleased with their service.
Dr. Shayesta was very gentle. I just had minor work done but it went well. They did very good overall. I'm very happy with the doctor.
Last week i went for a check up at Picasso Smiles with my two kids, honestly the best dental office i've ever been too! Their office staff were very proffesional. Dr. Shams was very kind and friendly, and did a great job on me and my kids. I was very satisfied with their work and greatly recommend them to everyone!
A+ , FIVE STARS!!! My visit to Picasso Smiles was by far the best experience i've ever had at a dental office. Dr. Shayesteh and his office staff, as well as hygienists, were very friendly and courteous. Dr. Shayesteh spent his time to explain to me in detail what treatment and dental care I need for my situation. He also took his time to speek with me about how to keep my teeth and gums healthy and the preventions of cavities. When he worked on my teeth, he was very gently and I didn't feel any pain, even after my visit, I had no tooth aches or pain. I can say that he makes dentistry I type of art, since he truly took his time and put great effort in every detail when working on my teeth. He's certainly the best dentist I've ever been to and plan to continue going to him for routine check-ups. I highly recommended him to my family, and highly recommend him to anyone else!
BEST...dentist I have been to. I was nervous since I had not seen a dentist in a long time. But I lost a filling and Dr. Shayesteh did a wonderful job!! Truly I felt no pain and was comfortable the entire time. The office staff is friendly and energetic. My husband was entertained with one of the many ipads they have available for anyone to use!! I found Picasso Smiles through an advertisement sent to my home. It had the pictures of the dentists, therefore it seemed I already knew them when i arrived!! Nice ad. Thank you
Among the many dentists that I have
been to in the past, I could say that the doctors at this office are warm and compassionate. Dr. Shams was my treating dentist, and as much as I dread going to the dentist, he was very light-handed and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
Overall, their office staff are friendly, energetic, and caring. Enrique, my hygienist there, also gave a thorough cleaning.
A+
I wrote a review back in July but it mysteriously disappeared and when I tried to rewrite it, it says I have already reviewed this place and doesn't let me repost. Coincidence? So I made a new account and here's my story! Attempt 2: My experience with Picasso Smiles was a total nightmare. I decided to try it out since it was a new place but I was greatly mistaken. At my appointment, an unnecessary procedure was done on me. I was in much pain and wasn't able to eat or drink until hours later. I was also told I had a total of 8 cavities and that I was at the pre-stages of a gum disease. After my appointment I realized I was over charged and decided to go back to my usual dentist to fix my cavities. At my checkup, my dentist found 0 cavities and said everything was perfectly fine. After this knowledge, I had my insurance look further into my visit at Picasso Smiles. They found that the procedure done on me was not medically necessary and made Picasso Smiles adjust charges, update my medical record, and refund my money back. It has been an eight month struggle trying to get my money refunded. The manager, Sarah, at Picasso Smiles has been extremely rude, uncaring and unhelpful. She was very unprofessional and she gave me a hard time throughout the entire process. I don't recommend this place to anyone and highly believe that they are committing fraud.
