Horrible Hollister management.
I can't believe how horrible we were treated as customers. We have shopped here many times and there have been 3 times where we had to return or exchange clothes due to mistagged clothes size by lazy employees or damaged goods. All 3 times that we exchanged or returned due to this, this little girl that looks like shes in middle school, (or the manager?) treats us unkindly and as if were dishonest customers. We had to return all the way to the mall and not even any kind of apology for the incovenience. I understand mistakes happen but she just gave us a dirty look...
Now everytime we go to the store she always approaches us that we can not participate in promotional discounts.. Because we returned too many items? WTF? Every time we returned or exchanged, WE NEVER ASKED FOR MONEY BACK OR GOT ANGRY. We had to exchange because they sold us faulty items yet they try to put blame on us?
This little girl should not be managing a store like hollister. She should be working in a baskin robbins ice cream or something. What is this place coming to?
