one of the top therapists,is Olivia, and I was extremely pleased. Olivia is sweet, very accommodating, a well-trained, well-educated therapist who clearly cares about her client's health and spa experience. By the way, if you like a foot massage, Olivia is the best. My only other comment (a suggestion) to improve the greeting experience with the receptionist is that they should ask incoming clients if they would like water while they wait, it seems when they are busy they forget to ask you. but other than that i love going to Bienestar Massage.

Suspicious AF. Definately dont recommend. They are really low class!! But while i was there, a man came to pick up some boxes. i understand spanish, and what i heard him ask the lady was if they were combustibles...and she handed him a box right from behind her. He also made statements as if he were going to cross over into mexico...so idk what kind of business they are running but from the looks of it, it a cover up!!!! Something is very fishy. my Shellac mani was less than expected....ruuuuuuunnnn!!!!!!!!!!

best massages for the best price i did my research. I enjoy having a massage every 2 to 3 months. I visited Bienestar Massage for the first time recently. My therapist, Robert, overall did a good job. His pressure was perfect and consistent throughout the massage. On the other side of the coin, he is a little chatty for the first ten minutes or so (I like to totally zone out). But that subsided and really was not an issue for the remainder of the time.

The front staff was very pleasant in welcoming me and explaining the membership options in a low pressure way. I am absolutely not interested in a monthly membership, so I was glad to hear that they offer a pre-paid six massage package at membership prices. This is very appealing to me and will likely result in more frequent visits. What a stark contrast to Massage Envy, which is very high pressure and doesn't seem to value non-member customers.

great massages, i like massages with Monica. I love coming to this spa because of the great massages. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated after. This place is great. It has a beautiful atmosphere that is spotlessly clean. A wonderful and friendly staff. Its worth every penny. I'm a member there and i go 2 times a month to get relaxed

ask for Monica she is from Brazil she can give you a good deep tissue massage

Don't bother. Ghetto from start to finish. I went in with a Groupon for a one-hour facial that lasted 30 minutes. Was never offered any of the extras the voucher listed. The space is run-down & out-dated and the staff could use a lesson in class. The last thing I was told upon leaving was "just so you know, you won't be able to use any more Groupons here. They're only for new clients". Believe me, you won't have to worry about a second visit.

best in El Paso, Relaxing atmosphere, great therapists. Was not up for getting a Massage, but my wife brought me, and I been back many times since. Very friendly staff and relaxing. I am so happy to get the quality massage.

The monthly membership is totally worth it.

No fear in getting a Massage going here.

every time that i go there i get a free lemonade and its good because i used to go to massage Envy and i will only get a small cup of water that was small for brushing your teeth not

to calm your thirst in this hot summer.

great massage at a great price. I've been a member at Bienestar Massage for about a year. I've tried multiple therapists and have been happy with the majority of the massages I've received. The one massage I wasn't too happy with was from a therapist who is no longer with Bienestar.

I routinely go for massages monthly (if I'm lucky, twice a month) and I find the staff professional, helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend trying them out, especially if they are having one Groupon or living social special...

Not Worth your Money. Customer service was horrible! I used a Groupon for a massage and the receptionist didn't seemed to be pleased taking my Groupon. I felt very unwelcome with my Groupon that I got as a gift. The bathroom was dirty and sheets in the massage table were used. I could smell the other person that was there before me on the massage table sheets. It also smelled like they used some type of cooking oil instead of a therapeutic massage oil during my massage. I couldn't wait to take a shower when I got home because I smelled like food grease. I had a horrible experience and even with a Groupon or Living Social deal, I do not recommend this place at all. Hopefully their customer service, products, and cleanliness will improve in the future. I will definitely not go there again or recommend this place to anyone.

best price and exellent customer service. I've been a member since September of 2010. Massages are a necessity disguised as a luxury. They are especially a luxury when you suffer from chronic pain related to bad back (like mine - including scoliosis, hip joint imbalance and wry neck). Bienestar Massage, offers those who suffer from chronic pain a very reasonably priced way to reap the benefits of massage - better circulation, tension relief, decreased pain. That in itself makes me give Bienestar Massage five stars. (Compared to the average prices of good massages - $65 to 85.
