RC & ME SCAM ARTIST. I ordered 2 E-Flight batteries that were in stock, I never received the batteries, but what I did receive was promise after promise that my order was being shipped. After 2 months I still haven't received the batteries. Never again avoid this company at all cost!!

Very frustrating.. I NEVER write reviews but i had to sign up just to let customers know how this place does business.

I ordered a charger and two batteries on February 21, 2011, i cancelled my order before the product had left the place and asked for a refund.

To this day i have made 8 calls, spoken to 5 different employees, heard different answeres and promises and i still don't have my money.

MAKE SURE YOU ARE 110% SURE ABOUT BUYING FROM THEM OR YOU MAY NEVER SEE YOUR $$$ AGAIN.

I think KATHY is most helpful person there.

RC and ME. I have been buying parts from RC and Me for about a year now. I have never had any problems with getting parts or getting my helicopters and traxxas trucks fixed. They gave me great customer service and were polite and courteous opposed to their competitors. When I first got into heli's they gave me different options onto what product I could purchase. They keep me up to date with the newest products that are available. I highly recommend this hobby shop!!

Do the Math. Don’t even think of buying from RC and Me

I ordered an $1800.00 heli from them and never got anything. I am a doctor and believe in the basic good in people. RC and Me took my money and gave me nothing but excuses, you do the math what would you call them. I have never had anything like this happen before. There are many reputable online hobby shops and there is no reason to buy at RC and Me even if you live next door. We as consumers should let them know that this sort of behavior is not acceptable and not buy anything from this store.
