DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!. I bought a brand new diamond ring last week (not from D Chavez) and took it to D Chavez in Bassett Place Mall to get it sized. When I picked it back up from the store in Bassett Place Mall it was missing one of the diamonds. I took it to the main store on Dyer and he said he didn't know how that happened and put the diamond back in....supposed diamond. I asked him, did you put a real diamond or glass back in my ring. He insisted that it was a real diamond. I TOLD him that I was going to get it tested immediately after I left the store, and I did. And guess what he put in my ring? GLASS. When I tried to call back just 20 minutes after I left the store he was not there. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go here. Not a trustworthy place to shop!
