Good prices bad service. The hair cut I received was a decent one, but my stylist did not say one word to me. While she was styling my hair she spoke Spanish to other clients but because I did not speak the language I was ignored. I know she speaks English because I heard he on a phone call. I was shocked that the price was so low for the quality of work, I won't return because the service was so bad.

Terrible service. I got my highlights done here once and I will never go back. The people working there completely ignored me when I walked in and I had to wait an hour and a half, even though I had an appointment and arrived on time. After this happened, I went with my friend one time because she had an appointment to get her eyebrows waxed and they did the same thing. They ignored us and when my friend got their attention and said she had an appointment they were like oh it will be a little while. We proceeded to wait an hour, before finally giving up and leaving. The waiting area is small, in the sun (hot), and the couches are really dirty. Also, none of them speak English very well and my Spanish isn't that good so I was really uncomfortable because they were talking to each other in Spanish the whole time.
