HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. I stopped by really fast to cut my sons hair & since the beggining I noticed how rude the lady that cut his hair was. To beging with the place was full, something that doesn't really bother me, as I looked around there was no seats so I went to where they were cutting my sons hair to stand there. The lady cutting his hair did not say anything once & gave nothing but ugly looks for trying to see how his hair was coming out! Finally she was done & it was time to pay she rudely took my card asking if she was going to charge six dollars on my card, making it seem as she was requesting a tip by the tone she said it. After I asked for her to charge six SHE THREW MY CREDIT CARD ON THE FRONT DESK WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING ELSE. I asked my son after we left how he felt about the lady that cut his hair without telling him what had occurred & as I suspected he told me that she was not nice at all & grabbed his very hard as he was getting the haircut. I left very dissapointed since I had always gone then before to cut my sons hair but after that incident never will I go back again!
