Driving through El Paso i had a temperature problem on my vehicle. I called ahead and stopped right before closing. Adrian Valdez took the vehicle in and helped me rent a car. Driver from BMW dropped me off at Hertz. Vehicle was fixed according to plan... only some parts didnt come in . But due to travel could not leave vehicle. it was explained to me. The service advisor Adrian Valdez did everything possible to get me on my way and asssit me in every way possible. truly good service going the extra mile.

Yes... Mr Syed Jaffar helped me. We set an appointment about Thursday for Saturday morning - he was there waiting and ready to helpl even though I got there a few minutes early. He went out of his way to be courteous... helpful and carefully listened to what I told him concerning the problem. They were able to get some of the parts on in and install them... even though they were not there in stock - so that was good. He kept me posted and told me they were testing driving hte vehicle... making sure problem was gone... which I appreciated.An excellent service my Mr. Jaffar - a pleasure to deal with.
We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by the BMW dealership. We have had a business relationship with Jesse Varela since 2006 and continue to call on him with any BMW car concerns. He has always... without fail provided excellent customer service..as well as with other departments of the El Paso BMW organization. Jessse pulls all sources together to really produce a family feeling for the customers. Because of him... is the reason we return year after year. Also... we had the pleasure of meeting another associate Mr. David Castillo who excels in customer service & personality. His unique style and attention to detail is quite impressive. Please know... we did notice that there was new management in place because everyone seems to celebrate the new mission and vision of our El Paso BMW. Overall the experience was very good it was my first service but BMW/ MINI never fail to provide good customer service.
We are VERY pleased with the caliber of service rendered by Joel! He was very polite and anxious not only to be of service but to render information and advice. The experience with Joel and the other representative at the Mini Service Desk was a 100% improved over past experiences when the young ladies were manning the desk! Our sales representative Daniel was awesome. He was so patient with the process... even when we had to fax paperwork back and forth to our insurance company. Gabe... in the financing department did everything he could to insure we were getting a great deal. Mini of El Paso ROCKS!
