Is THPA for real?. I donated $$ in February '09 and received a tracing call in April '09 asking if my payment had cleared my bank. I said yes and the party hung up. Trying to trace someone at their El Paso offices is impossible and I don't think they pass the smell test. Read the investigative report from Channel 2.
