RUN!!!!!

I had a hard time getting a hold of the owner and I was continuously having to follow up with her. She would not respond to my emails and would not call me back with info as she had promised. The last straw was when I asked her to email me pictures of the some floral arrangements I had ordered and didn't send them as promised. When she finally sent them, not only did it take her almost 2 weeks to respond, but the pictures she sent were not the items I had ordered. I did not trust they would actually deliver the day of the wedding so we were forced to cancel our contract a month before the event. We lost 20% of our money because of the non-refundable clause in the contract. I was GREATLY disappointed with their service and especially frustrated that she kept our money that she had not earned. Parisian Bridal is unreliable and unless you want to stress all the time, I would avoid them.

GREAT CHOICE!

The staff is wonderful. I made an appointment to get individual service to plan my wedding. I got my tuxedos, invitations, floral centerpieces, bridesmaid dresses, and my wedding gown here. I was very pleased with the outcome. The pictures from the wedding look great. I loved going into there store I was always relaxed. I would suggest an appointment if you would like personalized service as they tend to be busy.

The in store selection is slim. The store does not appear clean. There are no guarantees and no refunds. The staff has an "I don't care " attitude, and never did I seem to be a priority. I had more stress from wondering about the service I would recieve than from any other part of the event preparations. I would not recommend them for anything.
