Best Bridal Shop in town!!!. The owner of this shop is absolutely wonderful. I was planning my daughter's Sweet 16 in El Paso but I live in Florida and the staff did everything and anything to help me organize the party! There was never a time that I called and the owner did not return my call in a prompt amount of time. She worked w/my daughter and me to come up with original creations from the center pieces to the party favors. The only regret I have was that I didn't meet her sooner because it would have saved me so much time early on in the planning. I totally recommend anyone who is planning a wedding or sweet 16 or quince to contact this shop. The staff will work with you and do everything to ensure your event goes off smoothly.

RUN!!!!!. I had a hard time getting a hold of the owner and I was continuously having to follow up with her. She would not respond to my emails and would not call me back with info as she had promised. The last straw was when I asked her to email me pictures of the some floral arrangements I had ordered and didn't send them as promised. When she finally sent them, not only did it take her almost 2 weeks to respond, but the pictures she sent were not the items I had ordered. I did not trust they would actually deliver the day of the wedding so we were forced to cancel our contract a month before the event. We lost 20% of our money because of the non-refundable clause in the contract. I was GREATLY disappointed with their service and especially frustrated that she kept our money that she had not earned. Parisian Bridal is unreliable and unless you want to stress all the time, I would avoid them.

GREAT CHOICE!. The staff is wonderful. I made an appointment to get individual service to plan my wedding. I got my tuxedos, invitations, floral centerpieces, bridesmaid dresses, and my wedding gown here. I was very pleased with the outcome. The pictures from the wedding look great. I loved going into there store I was always relaxed. I would suggest an appointment if you would like personalized service as they tend to be busy.

Won't recommend. The in store selection is slim. The store does not appear clean. There are no guarantees and no refunds. The staff has an "I don't care " attitude, and never did I seem to be a priority. I had more stress from wondering about the service I would recieve than from any other part of the event preparations. I would not recommend them for anything.

not my first choice. I ordered small items for my weding from them and they provided good quality products but their customer service was horrible. They never returned any phone calls or advised me if there was any changes in the products I ordered until I went to pick them up. I cannot imagine ordering a dress or anything as significant from this business. Also staff has a very negative attitude three times out of four that I went to their place. It looks like they are understaffed and their is no individualized attention with their clients.
