Genuinely Interested in my satisfaction!. I have been a client of Milan Salon and Day Spa for more than two years now. I now have my favorite hair dresser here and have had excellent work done on my face and body as well. I look forward to going again soon! Everyone at Milan always welcomes me and my family with a smile and they go out of their way to make sure we are comfortable. I feel like I am important to them; a queen for a day has been my sentiments as I arrive and leave Milan. I recommend a facial, manicure, synergy treatment and a hair style with Diana! Thank You Milan:)
Overpriced for the Mediocre Services. My boyfriend gave me a certificate here for a early Valentines Present. First off the massage was ok, but the guy who did it kept talking and talking...very annoying. #2 while I was getting my facial the lady answered her phone while she was doing my facial talking in my ear the whole time! (20 minutes) Next was the pedicure and manicure, by this time I was there for about 4 hours and I was starving, there was no food or snacks, but they did offer me wine, in a huge wine glass. The lady who did my mani and pedi was super nice but a few days after one of the nails fell off. Very disappointed with this place and will never come back!
This was a horrible experience! The lady was completely un professional she even answered her cell phone in the middle of my pedicure. She than proceeded to get up and put on Eminem and Snoop Dogg music which is not a traditional feel for a spa and it was quite bad for business. She asked if I wanted a drink because she did than brought me water in a styrafoam cup it was tacky. She used three or four coats of polish and never put my hands under the dryer so they were ruined almost instantly. The pedicure was seriously lacking. It was a waste of money.
Oh and I would not have gone through the trouble of signing up to review this place if it wasn't really bad! Spend your money at a different spa!!!
Worst experience EVER. After my divorce I wanted to feel better about myself..I made an appt for color and highlights. I wanted my hair to grow out. This is the first thing I said to the hair stylist Nancy..she highlighted my hair and kept asking about how to cut my hair and showed me books. I said again I'm growing my hair out and all these pictures have crazy cut I like straight lines. We then proceeded to cut my hair and she cut it straight which was perfect. She then asked me to put my head down and I see a big chunk of hair cut off and I immediately looked up and she said don't worry you will still have your length. I have this big chunk of hair on the back of my head that I need to grow back. Everyone at my place of employment asked what in the world I did to my hair. I hate my hair and I'm embarrassed to go anywhere. I wear my hair in ponytails again until it grows back. And this appt was to help me feel good. The worst part is I told her immediately I didn't like it. I went back to get it to look decent and the manager said only the same person who cuts your hair can fix it since they are contractors. Why would I want the person who messed it up in the first place "fix it." I then received two very angry calls and a text from Nancy after I complained which made me feel more uncomfortable to have her touch my hair. I guess I could wait 3 months for my hair to grow back or go buy extentions. Best places with great service and experts is Emilio and West End Salon. I will never go there again.
