Great selection of wine and deserts too! Many folks are surprised how great the place is once they come. I know I was surprised too.

Sad that the last reviews were back in 2007...

Good luck getting good service!. When the place is, basically, a dump and the seating is tight you would think to expect good service. Well, that's not the case with Savino's Italian Ristorante. The food was nothing to brag about, don't bother. The area this place is in is almost as bad as the service.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! O.k. food.. The service was horrific! The hostess was terribly rude to the servers which in turn made our experience uncomfortable. Seating is tight the decor is cheesy and the kitchen is loud. I was in town visiting family over the holidays and this place was recommended. I personally, having dined in the finest restaurants LA has to offer, would never return to this tacky "Italian" restaurant. The decor was almost as tacky as the hostess.
