Horrible. I went in many years ago for a service, thinking the owner was going to do it...by how it was told to me. However, an assistant did it. I asked for a Spiral Perm. I as given a Body Wave and was very unhappy and wanted my $100 back. So they offered me the spiral service that same day. Had they told me my hair would fall out in patches all over my head I would have stopped right there. Long story short. I was out $100 plus clumps of my hair. Not to mention I have fine hair and have NEVER recovered from this experience. It is even finer and sparcer. Thanks alot Emilio.
