My 5yr old son has attended Kung Fu classes here with Sigong Perez since February '07 and I have attended the Fitness Kickboxing classes just as long. We both enjoy it so much and Sigong Perez is very attentive and caring. I feel guilty when I miss a class because it really is so much fun and I feel so much better after a class. It has boosted my self esteem immensely and I can see a big difference in my physique, my stamina and my strength. He is great with the kids as well. He wants them to work hard and do well, but he also takes the time to play around with them and gets to know them all individually. I can't imagine ever wanting to go anywhere else. 5 stars in my book for sure!
Pros: Free introductory class with no committments at all
