El Paso >Days Inn El Paso Airport East
it's what you get what you pay for. i just got this room, 312, this morning. i am a smoker so smells don't bother me, but i dont' smell anything out of the ordinary here... room is clean but remember it is not a 9 star either, no hbo or other movie channels but i don't watch them either, i like my local tv, news stations and the cartoon channel and they are here. staff and the front desk clerk was very nice, and if the cleaning woman don't speak english it don't matter to me as i'm not interested in "picking her up", she has a job to do and does it. the rooms have sort of used furnishings but once again remember this is not a 9 star, the pool is nice and clean, there is no bar or rest on site but go around the corner and you got lots of eateries there, just get off your butt and walk. i have plenty of clean towles and the water is hot for a shower, the bed is nice, and the elevator works. so what is the problem? because if you are a jerk and park in two places you will get towed, then don't be a jerk and park in a single spot... how simple is that... i don't understand some jerks out there... oh and i'm doing laundry right now and it is not a bad price and neither is the laundry soap or softner. you just have to remember you are not getting a 9 star place ok? you are getting what you pay for and this place is not that bad at all, if you want room service and valet and all the other comforts so you don't have to get off your bottom and look like a big wig with all you money then what the hell are you doing here? you should be at the local 20 star hotel complaining that you have no one to scratch you backside or that your valet didn't kiss up to you enough, come on people, so far as of what i've experienced so far, this place is well worth the money... and i will let you knwo how the breakfast went when i get to it tomorrow morning. tillthen take care and stop the whinning you all are giving me a headach.

Hidden Costs, Poor Service.
Watch for hidden charges at check in. El Paso has two taxes that appear on the bill, however the recipt doesnt say what either is for. 1 should be for the transient tax all cities have , but what is the 2nd tax for. They also charge yo for the safe in the room even if you do not use it but charge 1.50 a day up front and dont tell you. The Mangaer was never available when I asked for "Leticia", the sign in the laundry for use was in Spanish only, the housekeepers did not speak english and ignored Do Not Disturb sigbs The 2-10 front dek clerk was too lazy to go and find another remote control for me, and always pull back you bedspread when you get in and check the underside of it, mine had blue ink stains all over it and a yellow stain, check your sheets also. Aks at check in for a microfridge, clicking on the picture of the room with one on the inernet doesnt get you one you must request it here. They have signs all over that make you feel like a criminal. Signs in the elevator, rooms and laundry warning you if you park your tires over the while line you will be towed and the daily cost is 135.00, and then signs in the rooms telling you how much they will charge you per item if your missing any towels, wash clothes, pool towel ect... pay cash so they cant charge you credit card
I would not stay here again nor send anyone here and I work for Days Inn
