el paso institution. when i was in the US Navy during Desert Storm, the ship i was on was in Bahrain. I knew the US Air Force was flying in equipment for the US Army from Ft Bliss. So I talked to one of the air crew members to got to Chicos.Buy $40 worth of food and have it flown back to Bahrain. 72 hours later mem and my buddies were sitting on a per in Bahrain during Desert Storm eating Chicos tacos. Best Chicos Tacos location is Dyer street.
