Now called Mountain View Apartments. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Cheaply structurally built. They dont listen to what the real problems are (leaks, failing appliances, pesticides) instead offer cheap fixes that arise again a week later. Dont waste your money here, you can live comfortably else where for the same price.

HORRIBLE STAFF, HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE, CARPET HAD VARIOUS STAINS THAT WOULD NOT COME OUT AT ALL!!! GROSS ALTOGETHER. VERY NOISY ON THE WEEKENDS.

As per the review that was given on 01/15/2008 i would have to disagree i also am military and at times get embarrassed by other military giving such bad review since i moved here it's been under new management that has taken their time to create a healthy environment for any one who walks through the door and makes linda vista their home since i have been here little by little the community has been upgraded starting from the inside out. i as well have children and my children come first & wouldn't want them living in poor conditions i also think that if you are courteous to others you get what you want faster with no argument as for the staff at Linda Vista Village their excellent,friendly,helpful and quick to help & i do mean ( MARYELLEN & LUPE) any one who reads these reviews i challenge you to judge it for your self then if you dont like the cummunity their are ways to address the issue on a review in a professional manor!!!!!!! military has never trained to expect the inpossible so if any apartment community can't offer you what you need go else where but do it in a professional manor since it may offend others that do like where they live!!!!

The management staff has changes frequently. The apartment is pretty much what you see is what you get. Major problems they fix. If you call the after hours number they fix it right away. The walls are thin and anyone outside your door can hear every whisper. The neighbors are friendly. Half military residents. Very close to post and can get from door to formation in about 8 minutes. For the person who doesn't like paying bills this place has all in one.
- Pros: Close to Fort Bliss and Utilities paid
- Cons: Poor maintenance. Thin walls

This apartment complex is extremely run down. The employees are very rude (Mary Ellin / Lupe). I am a soldier on Active duty and before my PCS to Fort Bliss / El Paso, I prepaid for the apartment and was assured that the apartment was in excellent condition. Luckily my fiancee with my infant child pre-inspected the apartment and was severely disappointed by the unsafe rundown condition. The apartment also had a foul odor. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bauru in El Paso.

- Cons: extremely run down
