RENTER BEWARE!. I don't recommend renting an apartment here. Looks are decieving, a few residents here that have met had told me it's not a great place, that they took long to do repairs and changes. I did fill out a form to let them know that the carpet was dirty, and the sink was leaking.Later to find out it's true. Lucky me I had only signed a 9mths lease. Well upon moving out, I wasn't able to do the walk through with them, they charged me for "not washing the carpet" Which I did and gave it back cleaner than what it was originally given to me. And a bunch of little add ons they thought was "Unsatifactory." Yes, I'm very upset with this place, I've always paid on time, and at the end I got the s*#t end of the stick. So RENTER BEWARE! Looks are decieving from the outside - in.
