Thursday night $1.50 Rib night. When I first arrived service was great. I ordered three ribs and they took a while to get there. The first one seemed like it had been reheated a couple of times, sort of reminded me of beef jerky. the second one was a little better but was too salty. the third one was ok but nothing to brag about. I was looking for my waitress but I could not locate her and when she did pass by she just passed by it took me a while to get her attention. I am all about second chances, so when she finally came over I ordered two more ribs. When they arrived It was like night and day. These ribs were good and delicious. Well two out of five, I don't like those odds. I guess I won't be back to Smitty's anytime soon
