service department second to none and the vehicle selection is great in their used car lot.. i own a 1996 oldsmobile cutlass supreme, which i have brought to bravo for service many times. all the times that they have serviced my vehicle, i have been completely satisfied with the overall service, starting with the service advisors, whoever it may be, to the technicians and the service manager is very knowledgeable. i would recommend bravo cadillac hummer to everyone i know and am looking forward to buying my next gm vehicle with bravo.

great customer service. I have a 2007 Escalade, my service advisor is Mike Rodriguez, all the employees at Bravo Cadillac

are great. They treat me like a friend, not just like a customer. I recommend Mike Rodriguez at Bravo Cadillac to anyone who needs to take their vehicle for service, or if you are looking for a new or used car I recommend Joe Moreno (Sales person) he is very informative and makes the sales transaction nice and

easy.

Don't go with "HIM". Took my Oldsmobile to have a problem repaired-received a diagnostic from a Mike Rodriguez-he "allegedly" fixed it. Had EXACT same problem again-took vehicle back to him and he then stated it was another problem and wanted to charge me for more work. If I could go into detail, you'd understand that he/they cheated me. After getting another diagnostic from him, and realizing what he had done-I took my vehicle to a real mechanic.

Im not blaming Bravo, they've done excellent work before-Im just pointing out not to go with a "certain person" for help.
