Great hotel BUT... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at goo.gl/FPxYD They have some of the best hotel deals on the web!

Editorial Review. Nationwide hotel chain is family- and business-friendly. Amenities include communication facilities, large conference rooms, Jacuzzi suites and outdoor pools.

Perhaps a little too friendly.. So, I know Texans have a knack for hospitality. But this may be pushing it a bit. The owner of the Econo Lodge was very helpful...but perhaps a bit too helpful. We asked about art museums within the area, and if there was anything we should check out. He gave us some great suggestions and we went about our day. When we came back, someone called our room. Apparently it was the manager, running down a few more names he came up with. Fine, then he called again, and again and again. Wow, talk about hounding a person to death. As for the rooms, well they were clean, and it did have a nice pool, but nothing way out of the ordinary.
