best BBQ in the west. Priced to please. very fast seating, and more then i can eat.. We live in N.E. Arizona, and travel to Texas every two to three months. A must, is to pass thru El Paso and stop at the State Line Restaurant. my favorite item is the Big Daddy beef ribs. i swear that the baked potato is a two pounder and with the works about three Pound's. and we look forward to the home made bread, it is great. a very enjoyable experience...... Awesome food, can be very busy.
This is a good restaurant, with a country style ambience which fits the food( ribs, brisket, etc).
I recommend ordering the bread, it's very good. The brisket and chicken dishes are very good. They have a kids menu, though the portions are large for younger kids. I'd also recommend the Cherry Limeade which is surprisingly good. It can be very loud and busy here, but good for large groups and people with kids.
The ice cream is homemade, but I'd be surprised if you can find room for it. I have never had a bad server here, they are all attentive. Prices are competitive with other steakhouses of fine quality.
best ribs in texas!. everything is great here, but their baby back ribs are def the best option. the loaves of both white and wheat bread is also very yummy. come with an empty tummy because they serve so much food. the decor is great and atmosphere is great for all.
