Ft. Bliss Flower Shop. This mostly for service members at Ft. Bliss, avoid this place at all cost. I placed an order for delivery two days later the flowers had not arrived but my credit card had been charged. I was told the order was cancelled in Nashville TN because the florist had gone out of business. I asked for a refund and as of a week later the refund has not appered in my account and now I am back in TN and there seems to be nothing I can do.
