Just read a review regarding Dr. Bornstein. I too WAS a patient of her until she told me one day "you're not getting any younger", in regards to a health complaint I had. I then found a great doctor who recently moved back out of the country so I went back to Physicians Health Care Associates. Bad mistake! Their facility is run down, instruments out dated, and the staff does not seem to have a clue for customer care. I'm currently having to go back and forth with this office so they can fax over my medical records to a specialist which Dr. Midez sent me to. Four times I asked of this and they only sent a partial list of my records. The Specialist office keeps calling me asking why they haven't faxed those over. That is not my job or the Specialist job, it is Physicians Healthcare Associates job.

as soon as I find a better office and Doctor I will dump these incompetent people.

nice doctor. Dr. Polonco is a very nice doctor and he has good skills with the public. He is one of the nicest doctors I have ever had, and treats the elderly well. He is on time and knows how to treat older people very well. The only problem at PHA is that there is new rude lady who takes appointments and she seems confused, spacey, slow and doesn't cancel when I tell her too. On the Northeast they are ok too. Couldn't tell you about the east side. I want to stick with Dr. Polonco and have recommened him to my spouse.
