This company supposedly is set up to "fix" appliances like our refrigerator but let me promise you, they don't. They will take their sweet time, cut you short on the phone, argue with you about why its justified they gauged, scratched and dented your expensive appliance, they won't follow up with you and they are liars! I have been without my LG fridge for almost 1 month and I'm 6 months pregnant. Can you imagine what it is like to have no fridge in your house for that long? We have spent a fortune going out to eat because we don't have the luxury of cold food in our home, especially trying to maintain a healthy pregnancy. Here is a longer version with greater detail of what we have gone through thus far, in the end, I went to Home Depot and explained what happened to the store manager and he immediately gave me an even exchange for my fridge and said he would take it up with Coronado because I have already been through way too much and should have never been treated like that.

It has been 26 days since they took my fridge and I have had zero follow up. I am so glad I went to Home Depot and complained to them, otherwise I would be without a fridge for another month. Do yourself a favor: NEVER GIVE THESE LOSERS YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DIDNT KEEP THEIR SCHEDULE FOR PICK UP ( delivery they did im assumming so they could get paid) SUPER EXPENSIVE NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!! I SUGGEST YOU AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE.....

Super Fantastic Super Professional Super Service. Coronado Tv & Satellite did a Super Fantastic job fixing my 72" TV. They came by my apartment and picked my TV at my convienence, troubleshooted it and repaired and delivered it quickly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THERE SERVICE.

A good place to have your tv service. The service that I received was excellent. The employees were nice and helpful. The tech came to my house when they said they would. The tv is working and I am very happy. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone that needs their tv fix.

SATISFIED. many review I have researched all talk about the same TV repair. I bought 2 LCD's here at Coronado Tv and was very satisfied they have great service great helping you out in what kind of technology is suits for your needs and have a great verity, and best of all extraordinary prices you will find no were else especially retail stores; all of this includes transport and installation. Definitely recommend and WILL go back again

THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!!!. JUST GOT MY DIRECTV SERVICE INSTALLED BY THEM. THEIR SALES PERSON WAS MORE THAN INFORMATIVE AND PATIENT TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS AN CONCERNS. THE INSTALL WAS DONE THE NEXT DAY AND THEIR INSTALLER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED HOW TO USE MY SYSYEM ABOUT THREE TIMES UNTIL I WAS ABLE TO DO IT MYSELF!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO CORONADO TV FOR THE EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. I WILL ALSO RECOMMEND & COME TO YOU FOR ALL MY ELECTRONIC REPAIRS IN THE FUTURE. KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB.

Not Recommended for TV repairs. I took a TV to Coronado Tv & Satellite to get it repaired since the display and sound just gave out, only the "on" LED indicator worked. They took about 3 weeks to fix it the first time. They brought it back, worked for less than an hour and they had to pick it up again and took another 2 weeks to get it fixed.

After they finally delivered the TV back to me, the sound was horrible, didn't sound anything like it used to before. I later took it to another TV repair business in El Paso and they told me some of the parts on the TV were missing, that whoever I had taken it to had swapped parts for used, cheap parts, and that they did a horrible job putting everything back together.

They pretty much told me at that point that it was cheaper to buy a new TV than to get that one repaired since parts were missing and some swapped out.

the place to buy a good used television. I have been a customer of Coronado TV for years. During these years, I have bought about 5 used televsions from them, and those televisions are still working. I got them for a very good price. One of them, after about 3 years of good service broke down. I took it to Coronado TV and they fixed in about a week. The service was great as they delivered the television to my house at no extra cost. The television is still working. I recomend this store. Excellent and reliable professionals.

Cheats and Liars. Had a disc stuck in a Wii. They said they dont work on them but could take care of it for me. The charge was 29 and some change. Two days later I got the Wii back after they said they had opened it up and nothing was inside. Brought it home and realized that it was missing screws and a panel and still didnt work. I called and they denied that it was missing parts and refused to refund money. DO NOT USE THEM!! I wish I'd searched this site first.
