Professional.. I dropped off items with the gallery to be repaired, trade in gold, buy a new gold chain, and ask questions on a number of pieces I have. I was treated with respect and professionalism from Ms. Susan (owner and native El Pasoan) herself. The rest of the staff was well versed in jewelry and also used the same level of respect towards me. *I am not very knowledgable in all things jewelry, but have done some basic research.* I think the prices were average to slightly above average, but reflected well with the inflation of gold and diamonds. Additionally, I'm new to the area and was offered help and advice on surrounding businesses. And I was offered a discount on one of my pieces due to a military affiliation. The turn around time is expected to be very quick and I'm excited to see the finished product. I'm sure this company deserves five stars, but until I have the final product, I am only rating 4 out of 5 stars. I would definitely send my family to this business. Go check them out!

Very Knowledgeable. Had my vintage Longines watch battery replaced and found out the watch could be draining the battery if not checked, cleaned, and given a complete maintenance service. I had taken it to another place for repair previously and was never given the information I was given by Susan Eisen. I know now my watch is being repaired by those with experience. Great service.

Top notch!. I have never seen a more educated and professional store owner as Susan Eisen. Besides the uniqueness of the jewelry she carries, the artistic gifts and jewelry I saw there were like anything in New York. I found out she does redesign and repair, appraisals, and trades with gold and I plan to utilize all these services. I am glad I found her.

Beautiful jewelry-fantastic service.. I was treated with respect and care. I found just what I was looking for. I was as if I was working with friends I had known for years. The quality and creativity of the jewelry is exceptional. My husband and I are very pleased with every experience we have had with Susan and her staff.

Beautiful Jewelry and thoughtful service. I've been a customer for years. Their jewelry is beautiful. Selection is great. Service is thorough and top quality. I've bought jewelry and a number of watches from Susan. She knows her stuff and so does her staff. I'd trust her with my mothers rings.

Great experience!. I was in the market for an engagement ring, and from the time I started to the time I bought it, I was treated as a very valued customer, never pressured, and received exactly what I was looking for, at an extremely great value.
