Great restaurant delicious food great service. I recommend this to everyone. The food tasted freshly made and the service was great. I orderef the chicken parmigiana with a side of baked rigatoni which was amazing. My fiancee ordered a rigatoni manicotti combo, which she loved. For dessert we ordered tiramisu with two capuccino's. Everything was great. We have made it a point to go to atleast once a week eversince.
Food very bland. The service was awful, the waiter took our order 20 minutes after we were seated. I ordered the salad w/ ranch dressing and the server brought me Italian dressing. I ordered the lasagna and was very disappointed. The lasagna taste like it was out of a chef-boyardee can. My wife ordered baked riggatoni w/ jalapeno and chives and I have to say it was too spicy. The overall experience was okay. I would not reccomend it at all.
Open 3 days a week to cut down on operating cost!.
This place has a great atmosphere. There?s a sign at the door that says that it?s only open Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. My wife and I said to each other ?This must be that good that they can afford to be open only 3 days a week.? As soon as you walk in you get the feeling that you?re at a real authentic Italian restaurant. This is where it all ends. My wife and I shared the cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were very good, the marinara sauce was VERY bland. It tasted like just plain tomato sauce. The flavor of our entrees wasn?t any better. As for the service, my wife was cut off at her second glass of tea. The waitress came by after the second glass and said ?Would you like ANOTHER glass of tea?? I guess there?s a two glass limit. Either that or it was servers with attitudes night, I don?t know.
I guess it?s only open three days a week to cut down on operating cost.
Would I go there again? No.
Would I recommend it? NO
west side hideout. this place has great authentic italian food, location does not really stand out but you should try it.
Wonderful. The husband and I stopped here after driving by several times - you could smell the garlic when you walked in the door! The garlic bread was served hot, our meals were delicious and the service was beyond excellent compared to the "slow, couldn't care less about the customer" attitude that many El Paso restaurants have. Our tea glasses never were empty. We both ended up taking home our leftovers - they were just as good the next day. Forgot the "chain" restaurants for Italian -- Bella Napoli beats them hands down anyday!
