I recently bought a dress and it was expensive and bad quality. The dress fit just fine and it ripped as I was trying it on the second time. The staff did not refund my payment or offered me another dress. I was then accused on using it and trying to return it. Unbelievable! The owner and staff are rude and entitled as if they were doing you a favor. Please save yourself the trouble and money. For this kind of quality, you are better off buying a dress downtown where you can get a better price for something you will probably wear only once. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere!

the place of the perfect dress!. I love this place!! I've been a customer since they had only their shop in Juarez, the dresses are beautiful, every wedding, every graduation, every quincianera, its the first place I go, because I know that I will find what Im looking for, and customer service is great, I love the girls, they have been always very helpful and really nice, the attention that we get, before and after purchase is great.

DON'T GO HERE. If i could really put a true rating it would be that of a negative star. It is a shame to walk into such a beautiful store and to encounter such horrible customer service. I had troubles with my dress and they made up the poorest excuses as to why it was delivered in such bad condition. Being that i paid so much for this dress I would expect more. Bridal Amelia Alvillar does not live up to its reputation. Steer clear of this place and save yourself time, and money.

Peor servicio en El Paso. Primeramente, ese comentario del 2008 ya no aplica, se los aseguro. Que lastima que no habia escrito alguien una segunda opinion antes de que fuera a tirar mi dinero en este lugar. El servicio al cliente es PESIMO. Al principio son extremadamente amables pero una vez que has dado un deposito son unas groseras, rudas, incompetentes. Nunca me habian tratado tan mal como en este lugar. Aparte, cuando segun estaba listo mi vestido tenia un defecto muy notable (una rompida enfrente) del cual intentaron convencerme que era normal, dado que "asi venia de la fabrica". No lo recomiendo, vayan a cualquier otro lugar.

Beautiful Place. From the moment I walked into Amelia's Bridal Boutique I fell in love with the dresses and the service. I not only was pleased with the prices, quality, and service, but the women that work in there contacted me with everything and were very helpful. My wedding would not have been the same without them. Great place with beautiful dresses.
