Back that thing up.
I was in the establishment a couple months ago, the food was O.k., the service was a bit slow, the lighting was terrible and so was the manager. I think this restaurant can really take off if the owners and the managers just took one step back, see what kind of potential this restaurant has and make this a very succesful business. I would suggest getting better lighting, the dim lights make it seem more like a bar than a restaurant. That drives out the family business. I would also have all the waitresses and managers put a smile on the customers faces and wich in return will make them want to come back. Spice up the menu a little and that should bring in some more cutomers.
