DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!.
DAVID DELGADO - OWNER - IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL!
HE IS NOT CAPABLE OF PERFORMING ANY QUALITY WORK AND THE PHOTOS HE SHOWS IN HIS ALBUM ARE A MISPRESENTATION OF THE WORK HE DOES!!! THE WORK HE DID AT OUR HOUSE WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN!
HE STATES HE HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 35 YEARS, BUT DO NOT BELIEVE HIS SALES PITCH!
HE HAS AN "F" RATING WITH THE BUSINESS BUREAU AND HE ALSO USES ANOTHER BUSINESS NAME! DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD HE SAYS! I HAD TO GIVE A 1-STAR RATING BUT HE DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE THAT!

BEWARE OF THIS CONTRACTOR. Look up Better Business Bureau case #9914-9288 for more photo samples of this guy's gross work - David Delgado, owner, used poor quality cement and day labors do trash my cement job which I paid him three thousand dollars for.
