I regularly visit Veronica for my manicures/pedicures at the east location and Luz at the west location for my eyebrow waxing. They are both extremely professional and provide the best service here in town. I love the relaxing atmosphere that Barragan's provides and the facility is impeccable. Highly recommended!

I've been to this location once and it was very relaxing! The Jacuzzi area was my favorite and they let us bring our own wine to enjoy. Great service

Alberto did a great job on my hair. But, the people who run the appointment book cancelled my appointment without telling me. The manager and owner stalled for 45 minutes and then were unwilling to make it right. Perhaps they have enough business and don't want more?

Bonito salon pero muy mal servicio las dos primeras veces que fui a Barragans todo estaba muy bien me sentia muy agusto pero despues me di cuenta que tienen un mal servicio empezando por la duena es muy grocera cin la gente no tiene modales para hablar parece que no conoce la educacion nunca me imagine pasar el peor dia alli cuando fui por tercera vez el salin esta bonito y se mira de prestigio pero el servicio y la duena no. No por que un lugar este bonito significa que te dan el mejor servicio cuidado!!!! Apesar de que cobran caro parece que te estan regalando los servicios que ofrecen y luego cometen sus errores y no kieren tomar responsabilidad de ellos.

Do not go there. I purchased a gift certificate for my fiance and we went to the East location on Saturday, January 5 2013. We arrived at 09:15 am and while my fiance was walking up the walk, she slipped on ice and banged her right hand. We went into the lobby and notified the two girls what had happened. NOT once did they offer any aid and kept saying they were sorry in an insencere tone. We did get a tour of the place. The jacuzzi was a joke. There was no chlorine smell anywhere. I might be wrong, but I thought public jacuzzis have to be over chlorined. When that happens, you can smell the chlorine in such a little room. Not here. My fiance called to complain and the owner told her that there was no ice. She also stated that she did not care my fiance feel down and said to call a lawyer and then rudely hung up.

A must-go-to!. Ok.. so the first time I went the lady didn't even dry & style it as I requested but DID charge for it, not to mention she forgot to "texturize" my hair and I had to get a retouch. I figured the stylist wasn't a good match for me. I gave it another shot with a different girl and I'm really in love with my hair now. She understands my needs, wants and hair condition. Plus! She has heard ALL of my concerns and answered all questions doubts.. etc. Spa, mani, pedi, and hair services are all ALWAYS up to standard. Staff has always been really friendly even if they're not attending me directly. It really is a great spa. I took a girl friend with me and she really liked it as well. She was very concerned about trying a new place and having her hair ruined. Instead they worked with her and we WILL BE RETURNING for more services with our same stylists. It's great to have someone enjoy this with me! =]

Not a happy camper. My granddaughters (2) and I have been customers at barragans west for about 4years. I always walk out of there unhappy. Upon setting up my appt. I always let them know the only services I need is a shampp and cut. I also ask about the cost, when I get there they insist in styling my hair and tag on another 10 dollars. Then my stylist still "expects" a tip. Then all of a sudden the hair cut and shampoo is not what they quoted over the phone, so I am tagged another 5 dollars. By the time I leave I have already paid 25 dollars more with tip. The haircut I leave with is not what I asked for. I am done with this place. I finally learned my lesson today. I refused to pay them for the styling that I did not ask for. So far they have lost about 15 friends and family members. I was the only idiot that continued to get overcharged and with a half ass haircut. Thanks but no thanks barragans. Goodbye.

horrible hair cut, they made my wife cry they cut it bad. my wife cry all day yesterday after they ruined her color, and hair cut, she wanted just 1 inch they cut 5 inches.

The best hair salon in El Paso, TX. I'm new to the El Paso area, and it is always very scary to find a new hair stylist. Typically when I move to a new area, I try to find someone who has the hair color/style that I like. However, I have l blonde hair, which isn't very common in El Paso.

After a really bad expereince at a different hair salon, I came into Barragans (westside) to see if they could "fix" the highlights I got somewhere else. Thankfully they squeezed me in, and I have been going there ever since. The salon is comfortable, relaxing, and very friendly and I highly recommend! I am so happy that I finally found a great place to get my hair done!!
