In Short
Kid-friendly eat-in restaurants and small takeout shops alike sport interiors done in the signature red and white with a touch of yellow. Orders are placed at the counter--whether customers choose to stay or go--and pies are baked per request. Pizzas--from the hand-tossed to the twisted crust--dominate the menu, but the restaurant also offers chicken wings, salads and cinnamon bread sticks.

We had the misfortunte of ordering delivery from this location many weeks ago, and we attempted to follow up with the store manager. He was not interested in our complaint, so we followed up at the corporate level. The corporate people replied with a personal letter, and a certificate good for one free large pizza. We attempted to redeem this certificate at the store location, but the manager (Fred May) refused to accept it. Turns out, he is not just the manager, he is that local store franchise owner. We contacted their corporate office again, they informed us that he had been notified to accept the certificate, but he still refused on a second attempt to redeem it. We will not order from any other Pizza Huts again after this experience. PROS: Located next to the UTEP campus CONS: Complete lack of customer care on the part of management
