Impressed by hotel. hotel was very convenient to all the sites in EL Paso, however check in and out was very confusing. Front desk , stated that many of the hotels reservations were not coming through. Tried to double charge us! Breakfast buffet vouchers were hard to get, as we had to wait in check out line, every morning , to get vouchers. LONg lines! overall was impressed by hotel.…
The hotel bar is grand. Great hotel located downtown El Paso. Walking distance to many local bars of every type ;). The parking garage below the building is very secure and well lit with security cameras. The hotel bar is grand with the amazing dome.…

Beauty and comfort. Classic Perfection This is a classic beauty and comfortable to no end. Downtown close to everything, very nice ammenties and great service, definitley stay there again!!
