Worst Service Ever. A week prior to my daughter's birthday, I rented a combo-ballon which included a water slide. The ballon was supposed to be there at 2:00pm Saturday. The day before we had confirmed the reservation and everything was ok.

I called on the day of the party almost 3 hours past the supposed arrival time. The lady (funny thing is it might be the same one from the other review) denied everything and after a strong verbal conversation, I was promised within an hour an obstacle ballon. Noone came and she never answered.

About 30 children came prepared with clothes for the water ballon and I had NOTHING for them.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND "NINJA JUMP OF EL PASO" TO ANYONE. THE LADY IS FULL OF EXCUSES AND ULTIMATELY BLAMES EVERYONE BUT HERSELF. THE PARTY WAS SALVAGED THANKS TO MY FAMILY WHO HELPED MAKE THINGS ENJOYABLE FOR CHILDREN.

RECOMMENDATION IS LESS THAN A STAR, BUT 1 STAR IS REQUIRED TO PUBLISH.

Ninja means silent and sneaky good name for them!!!!. When I called to see about renting a jumping balloon, the rude women who answered, went through the whole pricing thing and then asked when I needed it- "we're all booked" What? What a waste of time! That is a business I will NEVER use nor recommend to anyone.
