Called theses folks to fix an appliance of mine that wasn't working on a Mon. They called me 3 hrs. later to tell me they could fit me in around 4/5pm that day...great! (BTW, "same day service claim is relative.") So their mechanics show up at around 5:30, looks at my appliance, says they need to order a part. They charge $45 for coming out, & they split! It's now Wed. My appliance is still not fixed, & these guys have $45 of my husband's hard-earned pay! I went back to look at their ad in the phonebook & it said "no service charge w/repair." So the guy calls me back & quotes me a $350 charge to fix my appliance & will take five days to get my part. So would I have gotten my service charge back had they fixed the problem? Guess I won't know! My father got back to me w/someone that could fix the problem for lots less & service charge free. These people took me for a ride, made me feel like an idiot, & wasted my time. Bad business practices. Beware!
